
Here I am at a whopping 245 pounds! I had dropped to 188 pounds, but over the Winter got lazy and stopped exercising, followed by totally dropping my diet plan. As you can see by the look on my face, I'm not happy with myself!
Back down to 239, and feeling better, but a long way to go.

Have been walking faithfully every day. Feeling so much better!
