My Weight Loss Progress


Here I am at a whopping 245 pounds!  I had dropped to 188 pounds, but over the Winter got lazy and stopped exercising, followed by totally dropping my diet plan.  As you can see by the look on my face, I'm not happy with myself!


Back down to 239, and feeling better, but a long way to go.

My Goals

 

  1. Achieve a weight of 200 Pounds, and maintain it.
  2. Exercise Daily.
  3. Drink eight 8 oz. glasses of water daily.
  4. Eat nutritious balanced meals.

In other words, get healthy!
